First of all, the paper provides a general overview about the organizational structure of Borussia Dortmund, which is important for a full understanding of the aspects of diversity in the further course. The main part of this paper is a SWOT analysis. This analysis describes and discusses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats about diversity. Finally, the result of the analysis shows that the association has a good public image in case of diversity, but in reality there is a lot to do for making the club a real rule model in diversity.?
